The foundation would be partly traditional and partly RCC with Earthquake resistant

The frames of doors and windows would be of first class imported wood Cheruthekku

. The windows are to have glazed panels with burglar bars painted with two coats
of Enamel paint of approved quality over two coats of Primer. The front door is
of Teak wood with design. Wardrobe shall be provided in Bedroom and Dining Room.
