We, at Emerald hills work with the central objective to help our customer’s to realize their dream villa. The most attractive feature of our project is that we make
custom-designed villas for our customer that means the customers have the freedom to design their own villa and our architect will work with them to finalize their design or they can select one of the designs available with us. Villas are of minimum 3000 sq ft built-up area within 10 cents (4500 sq ft) of land. Depending upon the availability customers can choose bigger size plots (maximum up to 15 cents). We can plan a tailor made payment plan to suit each customer.
Emerald Hills is a 17 acre property on tree hills and a valley at the middle. It looks like a horse shoe and we tried to maintain the topography without removing or adding soil. The Valley at center is used for a lake, garden, play ground, lawn tennis and parking of vehicles etc.
At Emerald Hills we have provided a jogging track with a width of 2 meters and about 1.2 Kilo meters long along the boundary of the project site. All cables, drinking water supply, sewage system etc shall be under ground in concrete trenches. All roads are minimum 7 meter wide and are made of concrete to minimize running cost. We are having centralized Sewage Treatment plant & incinerator for garbage disposal. This Gated Community will be self sufficient so that the residents can relax without any tension.
Security is another important feature in Emerald Hills. This Gated Community is protected by security personnel for 24X7 hours using CCTV, motorized gates and Access Control Systems etc. Individual villas will not have boundary walls.
Each custom made villa will be provided with built in wall cupboards, light fixtures, toilet fixtures, solar water heater etc & shall be completed in all respect such that it will be ready to move in to live. Customers have freedom to choose the floor tiles, bath room fittings etc as per their liking. All around the villa landscaping with grass, trees, flowering & ornamental plants etc shall be done so that the owner can enjoy on moving in.
The functioning of the club is one of the most important points which are missing in community living like this. After a few years of handing over the facility to the residents association, the functioning of the club starts deteriorating due to many reasons such as few some of the residents back out due to old age or not staying inside the township etc. To avoid these types of problems, in Emerald Hills we the builder itself will be running the club and life membership will be given to the villa owners. The club house shall have a built-up area of about 50000 sq ft with indoor swimming pool, indoor badminton court, Health center, play rooms, Wellness center, departmental store, guest rooms, restaurant etc. With this the club will be always evergreen.
