The company implementing this project is M/s Harit Havens Private Limited,
a company registered with Registrar of Companies in 2005. The company is managed by a group of Engineers having expertise in Design, Engineering, Construction, and Operation & Maintenance in various fields of engineering.
Our Management
M.Usha Vasudev:
Managing Director of the Company. She is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from Thrissur Engineering College in 1976 and having a total of 28 years of experience in designing and implementing various projects in major companies such as Kudremukh Iron Ore Company limited & Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. On resigning from Indian Oil corporation after working for 25 years started this premium Project. As promoter of this Project she is presently residing in her own Villa inside this Project.
Dr.M.R.Sredharan Nair : Director of the Company. He is a Gold medalist in University of Kerala and First rank holder in Mechanical Engineering from Thiruvanandapuram Engineering College in 1957. He took his Masters degree from University of Illinois, USA and PhD from IIT Madras, an eminent educationist. Teaching was his passion & retired as Principal of Thrissur Engineering College. He achieved various awards on Research & Developmental activities in the field of Engineering. He started the first CAD centre in Kerala.

On resigning from Indian Oil corporation after working for 25 years started this premium Project. As promoter of this Project he is presently residing in his own Villa inside this Project.

Harit Havens gives you the freedom to design your house by yourself or with the help of our architect. We construct the house designed by you according to your taste. We purchase all materials from reputed manufactures and are issued to our contractors for construction. Thus we ensure the quality of materials. The supervision of each building is ensured by a group of well experienced engineers. Presently the promoters of Emerald hills are also residents in Emerald hills, and thus each villa construction is closely monitored.
Property Appreciation
In Kochi property prices are appreciating continuously. During the last 3 years the property prices got multiplied by 3 to 5 times. Emerald hills being very close to International air port as well as Smart city in Kakkanad its appreciation is multiplying on every year.
Services
In case you are not staying in your house and also not given on rent and you want your house to be well maintained we are here to give you all services such as house cleaning, electrical & plumbing, pest control etc to take care of your house.
Our services will also include payment of all taxes, electricity and telephone bills. We also take care of your garden by removing weeds, watering plants etc.
In case you wish to give your house or rent our marketing group will help you to arrange high value rentals. They also coordinate between you and your client for making agreements, collecting rent & depositing in bank etc.
For all the above type of services a nominal charge will be levied for our services.
Interior Design
Our Architect is a specialist in interior design. Interior designs shall be made to suite your taste. We can design and show your how it will look once it is finished through a walk through model. After seeing that you can make any changes starting from furniture positioning, color combinations, style etc.
Right to change
Harit Haven Pvt Ltd reserve the right to change, modify, vary, relocate, redesign the construction aspect and amenities in specifications as per engineering standards and on advise of Architect and in the process to deviate slightly from the tentative plan including common area and common facilities proposed or to be proposed in Emerald Hills and to effect changes in the layout.
